The hub for all administrative functions. Only accessible to admin users.

Accessing Admin Portal

From staff dashboard → Click “Admin” link (top right)

Or go directly to: https://intakepilot.com/admin

Layout

Header:

  • IntakePilot logo
  • Admin Portal label
  • Your email and role (Admin or Superadmin)
  • Logout button

Sidebar Navigation (5 main sections):

  1. Home - Main menu with hub cards
  2. Intake - Start intake, view submissions
  3. Patients - Patient management
  4. Analytics - Clinical and operational metrics
  5. Administration - Users, roles, settings, audit logs (superadmin only)

Home Hub

Landing page with cards for each section.

Click any card to navigate to that hub.

Quick overview of available functions.

All hubs follow same pattern:

  1. Click hub in sidebar (or card from Home)
  2. See hub’s card menu
  3. Click card to access specific function
  4. Use “Back” button to return to hub menu
  5. Use sidebar to jump to different hub

Left sidebar stays visible in all views.

Click any hub name to switch sections without going back to home.

User Info

Top right shows:

  • Your email address
  • Your role (Admin or Superadmin)

Logout

Click logout icon (top right) to sign out.
